IAPCO 44th Annual Meeting & General Assembly
Conference Partners were on the executive host committee for the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers’ (IAPCO) 44th Annual Meeting & General Assembly which took place in Dublin in February, 2013. IAPCO is a small, but perfectly formed, meetings industry association representing a truly global roster of PCOs – there are more than 40 countries in the association, of which over 30 nations were represented amongst the 120 registered delegates at the Meeting. 2012 Event Industry Awards
It is with great pride and delight that Conference Partners and Event Partners announced that they were awarded Best Exhibition Organiser and Best Exhibition at the 2012 Event Industry Awards, before an audience of 400 of their industry peers in the Burlington Hotel.
Conference Partners and Event Partners won Best Exhibition Organiser in a joint submission with their client Huggy Bloom Enterprises and Best Exhibition for the Pregnancy and Baby Fair.

It is a one stop baby shop for all your pregnancy and baby needs. The Pregnancy & Baby Fair has attracted the biggest names in the baby business worldwide to exhibit annually. A sample of exhibitors incudes; Pfizer ( SMA Know How), Baby Elegance, Bayer, Reckitt Benskier. The Children’s Rooms Brown Thomas, Sudocrem, Tony Kealy, Bella Baby, Murphy’s Prams, Bugaboo, Disney, Stokke, NUK, VHI to name but a few.
Event Industry Awards Judges said that “Huggy Bloom and the team from Event Partners won for the terrific success they’ve had with the Pregnancy and Baby fair – which is now staged in both Dublin and Cork, and attracts around 30,000 visitors. This was a great organizing team that knew its sector really well and had a fantastic retention rate from sponsors and exhibitors...The team had worked with the headline sponsors to build and maintain their brand… The show is now one of the most exclusive, popular and highly attended exhibitions in the calendar.”
